You may have heard the because of the new regulations Ontario turkey farmers who raise more than 50 birds a year cannot raise their animals outside. Yet, according to organic requirements, the birds must be raised outside. The Poultry marketing board is allowing birds to be raised outside providing that thier food is covered.

Because we don't raise more than 50 birds a year we can still let ours live naturally, scratching for yummy bugs and running around.

We split our turkeys so we can have fresh birds for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Frozen birds available year round.

 

 

We raise laying hens and meat birds, again free range.

We have amazingly delicious Omega 3 brown eggs year round.

Fresh chicken is available at select times throughout the summer and frozen birds are available year round.

 

We have several variety of laying ducks and Peking and Muscovy ducks for meat.

Fresh Duck is available in October of each year and frozen duck is available year round.

 

 

 

 

 

We will be raising and taking orders for free range organic Geese.

Fresh geese by order or by chance.

 

All of our poultry is government inspected and processed at a lisenced facility and flash frozen to preserve freshness.
